Tunnel diode transmitter

89 Mhz Oscillator based on a russian tunnel diode 3И306Г (3I306G). A 1khz signal is applied to diode, in a tunnel diode oscillator a strong dependence of frequency with voltage allow us an easy FM modulation. By other hand a good voltage stabilization is needed for a long time frequency stability.
